Offers services in English

I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist Candidate with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

I graduated from Yorkville University with a Master’s of Arts in Counselling Psychology. I also hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing and Psychology from the University of New Brunswick. I bring years of experience working with at risk individuals and youth in various roles including family support work, parent aid, and teaching.

I started STORM Counselling with the goal of providing safe, supportive, mental health care. I feel honoured to walk along side individuals in their therapy journeys, lending a helping hand to get through the heavy storms that they may face.

I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick (CCTNB) and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in French and History from Mount Allison University. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in a variety of roles supporting youth, families, and communities. These experiences continue to shape my collaborative, compassionate, and person-centred approach to therapy.

I believe everyone deserves a space where they can show up authentically, without fear of judgment or needing to explain or defend who they are. My practice is grounded in inclusivity, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique lived experience. I strive to provide an affirming space for people of all identities and backgrounds, and I recognize that our mental health is shaped not only by our individual experiences, but also by the systems and communities we live within.

It is a privilege to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges, deepen their understanding of themselves, and move toward meaningful and lasting change.
